1. Digital Products
Global PVA provides digital educational content and software lab access. Due to the nature of digital goods and instant access to proprietary curriculum, fees paid for any Mastery Program or Certification are generally **non-refundable**.
2. Enrollment Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your enrollment before accessing any course materials, you must submit a request within 24 hours of payment. Global PVA reserves the right to review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing the portal, please contact our support team immediately. Refund requests based solely on technical issues will only be considered if our team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
4. Double Payments
In the event of a double payment due to a technical error at the gateway, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.
5. Batch Transfers
Students may request to transfer their enrollment to a future batch. Such requests must be made at least 7 days before the batch start date and may be subject to an administrative fee.
